These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text messaging program operated by Newlight Funding Corp ("Newlight," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your consent as described below, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Newlight Funding sends text messages related to structured settlement and annuity inquiries, including responses to your questions, updates about your inquiry, appointment or callback coordination, and — where you have separately agreed — promotional offers and updates.

How you provide consent (opt-in)

You may opt in to receive text messages from Newlight Funding in any of the following ways:

  • By phone: providing verbal consent to a Newlight representative during a phone call, after being told the nature of the messages you will receive.
  • By text: sending a text message to us first, or replying to a message, indicating that you would like to receive text messages.
  • Online: checking the consent box and submitting your information through a form on our website.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Your consent applies only to Newlight Funding Corp; we do not obtain consent on behalf of any other company.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries as well as periodic updates or offers where you have opted in.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Newlight Funding does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. If you want to opt back in, you can sign up again as described above.
